Service Areas

We are based around Jacksonville and work across Duval County, from the Northside and Arlington to Riverside, San Marco, Mandarin and the Southside. At the Beaches we cover Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach and Atlantic Beach. To the south we work in Ponte Vedra Beach, Nocatee, St. Johns, Fruit Cove and St. Augustine. Southwest along the river we cover Orange Park, Fleming Island, Oakleaf Plantation, Middleburg and Green Cove Springs, and to the north Yulee, Fernandina Beach and Callahan. The floors differ by area. Beach towns sit close to sea level and many homes share condo buildings, so association rules often come into play. Fleming Island and Orange Park border the river and Black Creek. St. Johns County subdivisions are mostly young slabs, while St. Augustine and Riverside include some of the oldest housing in the region.
